Wow. Excellent.
This helps to explain why people will pay for a premium membership to be able to upload their stuff to online repositories and forums (people seem to love giving away their best work). It also provides an argument for creating systems and processes that enable people to work with, and assist, other people to learn about whatever interests them using open online content, courses, and networks. Very useful research – and an entertaining video.
This reminds me of a TED talk by Sir Ken Robinson, which was also animated by the talented people at the RSA (http://goo.gl/rwj7).
