He’s currently Chief Culture & Marketing Officer at Mazuma Credit Union, where he’s privileged to serve by leading the Marketing, Organizational Culture, Training & Development, and HR areas.

He also does speaking and consulting work to help other organizations with culture, leadership, organizational development, and branding. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Leadership Bloggers, one of Credit Union TimesTrailblazers 40 Below,” and has spoken at national conferences for CUNA and NAFCU in addition to other events. He has written articles for Training magazine, the Credit Union Times, the Credit Union Executives Society, is a contributor for CU Insight, and an editor for CU Water Cooler. He is also a Training magazine Top 125 Award winner. Matt is finishing his Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in servant leadership philosophy from Gonzaga University.

Clients include some pretty awesome organizations: Credit Union National Association, National Association of Federal Credit Unions, the Cooperative Trust, Texas Credit Union League, Meritrust Credit Union, and Sidney Federal Credit Union, among others.
